Offer luncheons during the month of December.

Cons

Terrible managment, no concept of work/life balance. If you are in a salary position you will be working 50-60 hours a week. And bonuses...what a joke!!! You work your butt off to meet almost unachieveable goals and then they set you up not to meet them so that you don't end up getting much of a bonus. The owner is extremely cheap-does not care about retaining people.

Interesting Work, Low Pay

Free lunches occasionally to make up for low pay. Very cool opportunities to work with some amazing airguns.

Cons

Low pay, deceptive bonus or no bonus, abysmal and stingy PTO. Changing jobs netted me nearly an additional $12k+ in pay with actual bonuses, raises, and generous PTO. They are a full e-commerce company but ONLY the pandemic forced them to be reasonable and allow for WFH (from what I hear from current employees). Also, they are clearly trying to boost the company's rating with 5-star reviews so they don't have to change anything about how they pay their employees. This job is a stepping stone only. They don't want to be known as the Walmart of airguns but judging by how they treat and pay their employees, the moniker is appropriate.

Pros

They offered flexible hours and goal based bonuses, a full kitchen, and are environmentally friendly. Although at times it was stressful, there were company outings and holiday parties.

Cons

Some what stressful environment with little training and no responsibility of faults taken by management and employees. Very low salary with little growth.
