Terrible organizational culture, be careful because they try to impose it. Human resources, it is terrible for any procedure, the delay in the attention time is very high, they also have preferences to deliver certificates in less time only if you are a friend of the human resources girl. The referents in Colombia have no idea of ​​personnel management, they are lousy bosses. Nor do they master the tools they claim to master.
