Pros
I chose to work at Pyze due to the team themselves and wanting to work on this specific product, given how well it can help developers. The focus and vision here right now will surely make this company a long term success. Since joining, our team has just over doubled in size, and I'm excited for the future of the product, seeing the quality of hires we're attracting.
Cons
Pyze is growing rapidly, which is good for a startup. However, from time to time this requires changing processes we already have in place, and the way we work on certain aspects of the product, and how we interact with the other members of the team. While its understandable that things move quickly, we do have to make sure we're able to scale, and make sure everyone is kept in the loop on the why and how of the changes, so it doesn't cause pains in the future.
