Pros
Fast paced, exciting environment, very present and participatory owners. Employees are rewarded financially for results. Very team oriented, encouraging place to work. Beautiful office too! Q could not have a better culture.
Cons
Typically a Lower base, which is more than made up for in comp plan. We work hard and play hard- this isn't a work from home kind of job.
