Management is top-notch. Great work/life balance. Look forward to work every day! Executive team that cares. I wish. The Executive Team is dysfunctional and appears to care for themselves – a “me” survival environment. CEO and President aren’t transparent don’t tell the employees anything. Only communication from CEO is reminding people of the office hours and the requirement to work 40 hours a week. Give me a break.
Cons
Significant turnover in the leadership ranks - HR, Sales, Finance all in calendar 2019. Job security is questionable as personnel decisions seem emotional not rational. No strategic plan for the company. No product or go to market strategy. No Company Mission, Vision or Values. Biased treatment towards some staff – especially family, friends of the family or those with prior questionable relations with the CEO. Unsure of how “independent” the board of directors really is
