      - With small engineering team, there is a lot of work to do as long as you remain well-liked by management through obedience and avoiding challenging them on issues related to equal opportunity employment or engineering expertise. -Plenty of company activities and amenities available.

      Cons

      - Poor communication throughout company. - Research and Development work promised but not encouraged. - Racial and Gender microaggressions are normalized. - Company unfit to develop talented new hires.
