      Too much turn over ratio

      Pros

      I enjoyed the company lunch in time to time while i was working for Q-see. The fancy coffee machine in the kitchen area were nice.

      Cons

      Company would have grow much better if they didn't do so much of micro managed. Also there were favortism within the company. They should have focus on quality control and better customer services.
