Cons
Service bond terms were disclosed only in the appointment letter, which did not match my expectations. Salary for the period I worked was not paid after my resignation (based on my experience). Recovery email did not clearly explain the basis for the amount being demanded. Communications after resignation felt intimidating and caused concern about my professional career. HR support was unsatisfactory in my experience, with delayed or limited responses to calls and queries. Overall onboarding and employee communication lacked transparency from my perspective.
