      -Pay is great -Benefits are nice

      Cons

      -The wrong people are put into management positions, putting a toxic cloud over what would actually be a good team/work environment. -Not diverse enough for the audience it represents -Retailiation by management against female employees who report to HR.

      story selection, agenda focuses too heavily on crime which projects a larger than realized impact among communities served bad managers flourish
