Pros

Benefits package is amazing. Only reason I stayed as long as i did. Personnel disputes between employees are dealt with in a long drawn out process that borders on wylie cyotie cartoon so thats funny to see right?

Cons

This company embraces the fail up methodology. The more incompetent and under qualified you are the more quickly you will move up the ladder. You have an idea to improve a procedure or security concern? well that email will be filed in the bottomless trash bin of your management team as they both wont understand it and second have not been told from their sith master that it shall be done.
