• Strong exposure to digital, data and technology programmes with opportunities to develop technical and quality expertise. • Many talented and dedicated colleagues who genuinely care about learner outcomes. • Large organisation with established systems and resources. • Opportunity to work with major employers and national apprenticeship programmes. • Good middle management for employee support.

Cons

• Communication between departments could be inconsistent, leading to duplication of effort and confusion around ownership. • Processes were often reactive rather than proactively designed around the learner journey. • Opportunity is behind closed doors for the most part or only from the Birmingham office.

Well set up for remote working. Systems in place to support staff and new initiatives for colleague wellbeing in place. Agile working as standard but longer-term colleagues not as on message as newer colleagues.
