I’ve had the privilege of working at QB Business Solutions for 8 of its 10 years in business, and it’s been an incredible journey. When I started, we were a small team of three — today, we’ve grown into a thriving company with multiple departments and three core services. Watching that growth firsthand has been extremely rewarding. As the Director of Operations, I take pride in helping build processes that make our work more efficient and our team’s day-to-day smoother. What makes this company special is the people — talented, dedicated individuals who have built the foundation of our success. QB truly values hard work, innovation, and collaboration, and that’s what makes it such a great place to build a career.
