      Pros

      If a position is open, it's often because the company urgently needs it filled, so don't be afraid to negotiate compensation aggressively, they may be more flexible than expected.

      Cons

      The company has changed significantly since the private equity acquisition. Increments have stopped, WFH is cancelled for employees on the bench, and the pipeline of new projects has slowed considerably, leading to growing concerns about job security and the possibility of further layoffs.

      Work life balance. Can see people working peacefully. Employees speak freely without keeping hierarchy in mind. So supportive too. Happy to know there are companies who see employees as humans
