*Best place to get your foot in the door in telcom *Flexible hours *Relaxed work environment *HR easy to talk to *healthcare can be free * some of the best project managers ive worked with

Cons

*certain manager is special... And they treat them that way. * low pay for the industry but makes up for the flexability for students or recent grads *sometimes the work flow is low

Some flexibility with work hours, and most people are pretty friendly, but those are about the only pros though unfortunately
