. Rapidly growing business so lots of work and opportunities. . Diverse customer base across different industries. . Flat org chart makes everyone approachable. Friendly staff. . Most technical staff have the mindset to take initiative to get the job done and make the customer succeed. . Easy-going environment . Good benefits (health insurance, end of year off with pay, bonus scheme, etc.)

. Some managers could have better project management skills. . Could use more vacation days.
