Hit and miss depending on the team you're in. Benefits were Ok. The bucket's there but there's not a lot in it. There's a pervasive sense of having to "pad out" the amount of work you're doing for your clients Management meanwhile seems divorced from what's standard for the market. They stumbled onto a good thing 20 years ago and they're not changing a thing. It works. Until it doesn't.
