      Pros

      The office is nice and they have a solid database which has years of data/contacts available to help do your job.

      Cons

      The Director's don't trust you to do your job and will micromanage you to the full extent. They constantly monitor ALL communications on your computer, whether that be personal or professional conversations. All staff are treated differently depending on their relationship with the Directors. If you are a 'yes man' you'll be fine and have a great career. Anyone who doesn't suck up to the Directors will struggle to achieve anything or be recognised. As a 'family run' business, there is a huge divide between the Directors and Associate Directors (which nobody in the company can tell you what the AD's actually do) and the rest of the workforce. HR is managed by an old family friend of the Directors so any concern or issue you raise, ALWAYS finds it's way back. There is nothing you can raise in confidence and you will be judged/treated badly if you raise any concerns or anything against the people in charge. All in all - they sell themselves well but in all honesty, be careful if deciding to join our company. It's not as good as everyone makes it out to be.

This in turn allows the management to effectively manage all of our employees performances as well as take necessary actions as required.       Great from the get go but...

      Pros

      Really great interview process, great management and progression, interesting social events, collaborative environment and hearty induction process.

      Cons

      STOP talking about your 6.5 year tenure. This is an average and to be quite frank nothing to be proud of. You have a high turnover of staff but seem to focus on your average tenure because long standing employees bring your numbers up and make you look good.

      Pros

      Hard working and fun environment. Excellent and clearly defined career paths. Great training and mentoring. Flexible working environment and very good benefits package. Family run business who strive for growth as a whole team. Transparent business/future plans. Employees valued.

      Cons

      Long hours. The actual work is hard and can be frustrating at times, but the support network is there and the reward when it all falls into place is great!
