      Pros

      No plus point to discus. If any chance somebody joins it will have problem. No one to take care for problems. I used to keep reminding of my problems but no hr and no manager helped me.

      Cons

      At junior level here is highly no concern for people. Hr and manager get no time for junior staff. Even if we resign no question like why we want to leave.

      Pros

      Only handful of employees are good rest all are leaving because of the unbelievable conditions here.

      Cons

      Pathetic conditions of the company. No learning, no increments, no knowledge. What you get in bulk on daily basis is harassment. Forced now and then to make false reports just because we have orders from main office. Pathetic.

Our reports our completely data driven and the data is shared by our clients. In such cases making false reports is a situation which doesn't fits in. Our clients also have their internal QC.       Pros

      Initial one week is ok as you will not find problem with others. After this one week only God is your best friend.

      Cons

      DO NOT argue ever with management or HR, else you will lose your job with out any notice and compensation. Only focussed on female members.
