Great pay and benefits. Also very remote-friendly company.

Cons

(1) The company doesn't offer professional development, (2) does not have a healthy work-life balance (people are expected to be responsive around the clock and senior management cold calls its staff late at night on a regular basis), and (3) the CEO and its senior management team continues to refuse to pay its furloughed/terminated employees for completed work due to the Stop Work Orders in early 2025 - which is illegal.
