Pros

Genuinely life changing comission scheme when you hit a certain threshold. Great business, and a truly grown up culture where you're treated like an adult to build your own desk, manage your processes and have ownership over your own work. Consistent training internally and externally, always feel supported to ask for support no matter the question EOT is a great bonus Genuinely feel empowered to build something

Cons

Flexibility isn't great even for those at a high level of performance.

Pros

The commission can be decent once you hit a certain threshold, but honestly, that’s about it. Beyond that, there are no real advantages. This place has been the worst work experience I’ve ever had. Toby, the founder, is by far the most unprofessional person I’ve encountered in a leadership position he has a major power trip and lacks any real leadership qualities. It’s a toxic environment, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks is the complete lack of flexibility. There’s no work-life balance, and you're expected to follow strict hours with no room for adjustment. The office environment is dry, dull, and uninspiring there’s no energy or camaraderie, making it a tough place to stay motivated. On top of that, when I joined, it was clear that if you didn’t perform well, you’d be out within 3-4 months. They have a high turnover rate and don’t give people much of a chance to improve or grow. It’s not a place where you feel supported or valued.
