This company is not a consulting firm. They are a staffing firm. They call themselves as consulting company but at the end they just like to fill bodies. As far as you bring a paycheck they wont even call you. There is no leadership at all. The managing partners don't know how to build relations with customers. They cant even say 2 sentences to their employees at Christmas party.

Management brings about frivolous lawsuits against each other and employees, no upper management support, unprofessional management styles, no "check ins" with employees to gather morale, marketing, or strategic information, no dedication to their employees/desire to defend employees, quick to throw employees under the bus when it best suits management, no true structure to the company, does not follow through with rectifying issues/complaints, very poor communication, no career/job mobility. Not a company you go to in order to have a career - it's a place to go for a short time job for decent pay.
