Pros
Work from home. Choose your own schedule. Supervisors are good about responding to needs/questions in a timely fashion. Very good about understanding family situations that impact need for schedule changes.
Cons
Pay is per production, tends to be much lower than work in office setting. Hired as independent contractors; therefore, no benefits provided.
