      Pros

      - Fast paced environment that teaches you to multitask from the start of your career - Lots of responsibility right away

      Cons

      - Not a great work environment - Not a great work/life balance - Management was poor and training was not what it should have been - we were then blamed for not knowing everything - Responsibility from an early start also resulted in being blamed when anything fell through - Spread too thin and worked far beyond the scope of the role

      - Will learn how to problem solve and multitask - Gain of experience in multiple areas

      Cons

      - Chaotic and everything is urgent - Not enough staff so everyone does multiple roles and is overworked - No real room for growth - Lots of control - It’s so hard to get answers or help from managers. Once you do responses are still not clear - Many ethical issues
