Pros
- healthy environment - flexible working hours - hybrid work policy - very good salary and bonus every 8 months - good career path as you get be evaluated to your performance every 6 months to improve your weakness points - open to consider new suggestions and opinion for a current project
Cons
- only one type of system "Vehicle Rental" which not helpful to apply others / new techs as it's not required for this kind of projects So, at the end you may get bored and feels you are updated with the market needs.
