Cons

The Medical coverage is not top-tier (but still affordable). Of course, this could change depending on your income and medical needs and not be a "con".

The Clearwater site has the ability to grow.

Cons

Site management makes poor decisions on allocating raises and bonuses at the end of the year, making the true hard workers want to do less. Certain employees get to take advantage of days off without submitting PTO. The backbone of the company has to pick up the slack.
