You’ll get some exposure to a few “cool” projects but the lack of preparedness and ownership coming from the people you work with will quickly take the fun out of it.

Way too much stress and unnecessary issues. This company firmly believes in one individual wearing a multitude of hats. There is a strong “finger pointing” culture here and a complete lack of ownership from all project team managers.
