Lower pay than most major aerospace companies. Poorly ran company. Leadership is not good. Very low employee moral

Pay is below competition. Union contact has ZERO raises in it. Most new hires get a year experience and go to the competitors for more money , better benefits, & raises. HR & benefits do everything they can to take away from the hourly workers. They recently took away some earned vacation from us. We are allowed to carry over 40 hours from one calendar year to the next. So I had 40 on the final check of 2021 ( 12-31-2021). And should have carried over 40. But they decided to change the rules. We get paid every two weeks. But they decided to claim we earned HALF of the 6.16 on the final week of 2021 & the other half on the first week of 2022. Which makes zero since considering our next check wasn’t until 1-14-2022. We’ll I to 2022. So for me I should have 40 + 6.16 for a total of 46.16 on 1-14-2022. But they claim I had 43.08 somehow in December? Then dropped me to 40 & ONLY added 3.08 to my 40 for 43.08. So they stole 3.08 hours vacation from me and many of my co-workers. Our supervisor said that’s wrong. He helped us calculate how much to use do we didn’t loose any. But the company took away from us. ABSOLUTELY WRONG.
