      Pros

      Hourly pay is good, and the store itself is nice.

      Cons

      Manager/Owner/Organization is unhelpful, rude, and regularly aggressive. Benefits are terrible, with a single shift drink, no food or other drinks. Absolutely no health insurance or retirement to mention. Likely won't get scheduled for normal hours and shifts.

      Everything else. They exploit Colombian people with illegal contracts, and the boss has anger issues and likes to yell at people. They send people to the US without documents or support.
