Unfortunately, I did not find any significant positive aspects during my time with the company.

Cons

Poor management structure and lack of clear direction. Extremely high work pressure with unrealistic expectations. Frequent blame culture instead of constructive problem-solving. Limited support from leadership when issues arise. Work-life balance is heavily impacted.
