gives opportunity employment for entry level job seekers

Cons

It is a very small company. You would work with 3 people everyday. They have no clear job roles and you have to do everything from sysadmin, networking, helpdesk. I was hired as a network technician but they ask me to work as a help desk 90% of the time. The boss can get very attached and would yell at you everytime. Also as a network technician they pay 14 an hour which is very very low.

Pros

Family like environment, similar to any small business or startup. As an employee you feel like you can make a change in the company.

Cons

There was a high stress level, but that is just because of the nature of what they do.
