Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable colleagues from whom you can learn a lot. Vouchers for lunch, good office location. International multi-cultural environment.
Cons
The company promotes openness as one of the core values while there's no real openness between management and employees, it doesn't go both ways: problems are often being hidden under the carpet rather than recognised and addressed. Critique is not welcome and one will not get positive evaluation or review if he points out negative things, even if he delivers good results. Hard work and extra effort is expected but not awarded, the pay is below market average. The approach to work is more deadline-driven rather than quality-driven.
