      Pros

      Only pro offered is work from home if at all your project allows you to take.

      Cons

      Mid level management is clueless as to how many projects are coming and going. They don't care if the employees go on bench and fire you after 2 months saying there is no project. HR & RMG is clueless as to what reason to give to people to layoff. The haven't even made me permanent after 8 months and are now asking me to leave saying there is no other project available for your skillset. You will be taking a flight risk by joining this company. My profile and skillset is totally ruined as they do not have enough projects to allot and are always on a hiring spree.

      Hire and fire strategy without ethics

      Pros

      Try to grab you with sugar coated packages but hard to bite. I don't see anything else.

      Cons

      No empathy towards people, purely commercial and selfish thinking people. I have exhaustive list but bottom line, *don't join the company* at any cost even they lure you with perks and gives commitments though they don't keep it. Also dont get trapped with other ratings as all of them are internal HR ratings, if there is one bad rating then they are going to add 3 ratings to cover up the average, check the rating dates, foolish people.

      Pros

      In my short tenure, initially it was exciting with lot of josh In the project. Some perks and employee motivation is good. Only certain pet people of management are appreciated and rest of hard working guys are Ignored so if you are someone’s pet then it’s your land otherwise if you are having potential and being yourself then don’t join here.

      Cons

      Very bad management Notice Period is 2 months if you leave and 1 month if they ask to go. Leaves are not at industry standards Lot of internal politics Can’t handle client and surrender to them Work life balance is bad.
