      Good Team, Very friendly Nice Office Learned a lot about how non profits work

      Cons

      Sales Bonuses were great but made the help you provide feel transactional. Training for users of the platform were intense Not a lot of interaction between teams

      - Well-structured organization - Fun, kind, respectful coworkers - Benefits/Compensation - Free Food - Purposeful meetings - Documented policies & procedures - Friendly work culture (they truly put the customer first!) - Very inclusive & diverse

      Cons

      - Milestones: Wish the means to prepare for these was more streamlined - Adjusting to speed & communication style: My first couple of weeks were very difficult to adjust to my manager's communication/correction style, but my manager is a great person and was simply doing their job (with unbelievable speed & pressure from massive incoming clientele btw).
