Pros

Communication between all employees except the manager is very nice. It is very fun to work in the office. Everyone is really fun.

Cons

Manager in Turkey! I saw many different, bad comments about especially him. I am here to add more. - He tries so hard to prove himself to everyone that he is the best. (Well he is already manager. Right? Everyone is thinking like why he is trying that much. Looks very very amateur.) - He doesn't know how to talk with anyone. He interrupts you. He doesn't even listen to you. He doesn't respect your opinion. - He feels very comfortable to ask your personal life. -He may get angry with you and leave the meeting all of a sudden. - He think he is professor. Knows everything! - Likes to show off. Management in Germany is really good. CEO is a true leader. But i dont understand how they choose him. Currently none of the employees like him. There isn't anyone to talk about this problem. I wish there might be a solution. Leaving this much of a potention because of him is a big miss.

Worst Experience

Pros

Except for a punctual salary, there is no pro.

Cons

Saw some employees crying during the working day due to the approach of management. Mobbing and Micromanagement are on a daily basis, the worst job experience I ever had. Therefore Employee turnover is frequently high.

Good Workplace, Bad Management

Pros

The co-workers are young and motivated. Good opportunity to start your career, they hire lots of young people and provide the opportunity to learn lots of essential skills for improving workflows. The CEO is a real motivator.

Cons

The management in Turkey is a pain to deal with.
