      The Qohash interview process reflects the company ethos; direct, decisive and without ego. Everyone is encouraged to contribute and to challenge the status quo. A company that is going places!

      Pros

      Gold standard. This is an elite team tackling a truly mission-critical problem. Product-Market Fit is locked in... fueled by solid contracts from top tier clients. It has rock-solid operations. Every single ingredient needed for a scale up to succeed... As for you as a professional, you can achieve peak performance while making sure you love every minute of the journey.

      Cons

      Sometimes remote work can create misalignment/communication gaps but they are quickly caught up and solved through solid process and operations. Not even sure that in-person would solve these anyway! And in my experience, it can and has been much worse in other places.
