While my experience at Qoyod has been largely positive, I believe there is room for improvement in a couple of areas. Transparency could be enhanced, especially when it comes to sharing company decisions and long-term plans with the wider team — more open communication would help everyone feel aligned and engaged.
Additionally, training and development opportunities are somewhat limited. As a growing company, investing more in structured learning programs, mentorship, and clear career development paths would greatly benefit employees who are eager to upskill and advance their careers.
