      Pros

      Freedom to explore concepts and ideas. No Toxicity in the workplace. Support and understanding is given to all team members when needed. Relaxed work environment where self-drive is critical. Each team member is expected to deliver, which means managing timelines on your own.

      Cons

      There can be times when everyone is in silos. When there is a lull, there should be some more internal work that can be done.

      As they have a small team so you get to wear multiple hats and explore what you are good at and enjoy doing.

      Cons

      Lack of encouragement in exploring and generating new creative ideas, the focus was rather on just following the ideas of certain people instead of analysing and following the design-filmmaking process to do what is best for the project.
