The mgmt needs a lesson in hiring and using those hires diligently and for the right positions. Having started out with a strong team, they've seen their best resources (even friends who were with them for long) turn their backs and leave. Feedback and review poor Too much micromanagement Lot of disagreement even within the higher echelons Mgmt clueless on ppl management or the future
