Pros

It took me 10 minutes to think of one... & the only pro is the few remaining nice people left in the Dublin office. Arguably, that’s a con as the few left are all being snapped up by other companies and leaving two by two.

Cons

There’s a long list of cons such as: - Poor working conditions - Incompetent leaders [real life overpaid bullies exist at Qstream] - Lack of support from Senior Management - Dated product that customers are no longer buying - Non diverse culture - No new product features for at least another year - CEO and CFO have DESTROYED morale by repeatedly telling us that we are all replaceable and had no time for some of us on their recent visit to babysit the kids in Dublin - No pension - High churn - No HR - Pay not on time - Disconnect between US and Ireland - Terrible communication styles [lack thereof or non existent] I could go on ~ but ~ you get the moral of this story

Thanks for your feedback. Your comments have been taken on board and the senior management team value open, honest communication. They are also committed to continual improvement and openly sharing plans for all areas - whether that it is on product direction, customer service offerings, and customer engagement. There is an open door policy with any senior manager, your line manager and your new people operations manager based in Dublin would be happy to sit down with you if you would like to share more of your concerns and ideas.

No trust in CEO and C level execs

Pros

Lack of leadership, morale, direction, and culture compounded by distrust and misguidance directed from the CEO and C level execs

Cons

Duncan has made countless redundancies after saying the first one in June would be the last. He hired new C level execs who want to put their mark on their teams and this is resulting in more redundancies. Qstream doesn't actually use Qstream which says it all really. No career opportunities. Top sales guys are leaving.

Floundering company

Pros

Consider yourself lucky to not be working for this company. If you want a job where you have upward career movement and you can actually make money selling a product - then DO NOT apply here.

Cons

Morale is at an all time low Complete sr. mgmt turnover in the last 5 months (VP Marketing, VP Sales, VP HR, CFO, VP Customer Success). The second round of layoffs took place recently when the first round was only a few months ago. Most everyone would gladly take a new job if offered one to get out of Qstream Product is struggling to be competitive. Most of the features they are building are pure table-stakes. A direct tie between buying the product and the (supposed) ROI cannot be made Absolutely a nice to have, not a need to have product. Very evangelical sale. CEO, will start his Powerpoint presentation, at every all hands meeting and show a plane he wants to buy when he goes IPO (aint ever gonna happen) or sells the company (most likely in a fire sale).
