Passionate, intelligent & forward thinking company. Successful overall.

Cons

Great efforts will start and then fall by the wayside with competing priorities. Limited transparency in overall strategic direction. Smart growth by acquisition business model. However if you are not in the club- move on to a company that will value you more.

Pros

Having worked at other global public companies so I have a good frame of reference. This company is fair, great work environment, management really cares about Associates (not employees), work is challenging but not overwhelming, and company is growing. Global nature allows you to work with and interact with colleagues from around the world. Company invests in systems and modern collaboration tools.

Any "con's" are very minor in nature

Terrible culture, absolutely no diversity. Always felt like the odd man out.
