The only pro is that they have some decent clients. If you have a choice, contract with them, don’t go permanent!

Some discount for health insurance Phones are provided at discounted rates but the employee will have to pay them back the money if leaving the company before completing 2 years

Cons

-No opportunity for career progression as no trainings are provided and they strictly don't allow manual testers to move into automation. If you are a manual tester then you are stuck with it. -No flexibility as management don't allow employees to do work from home even when the client has no problem with it - No advance leave options are provided -No salary increase in the last 2 years
