      Amazing at R&D and marketing, terrible operations & manufacturing

      The company is spearheaded by R&D and Marketing. They develop good products at competitive prices with strong marketing strategies that have earned them good shares the market against much bigger multinational consumer goods companies. Working for any of those areas is highly regarded and your efforts are compensated by high exposition and recognition. Movement is guaranteed, and in any department of the company you will be changing teams and profiles frequently.

      Cons

      Excessive micromanagement, outdated production methodologies, low interest in continuous improvement in the manufacturing processes. Manufacturing facilities like state-of-the-art design and cutting costs in engineering phases truly shows its effects years later.
