      Vairly safe place. Probably won't die here.

      Cons

      Management is a bunch of morons that don't even know how to do their job and are intimidated by those that do. They fire everyone that is hard working and intelligent. Including most people that have literally built the company from day 1. Hire consultants for things you should know how to do and then take them out drinking during the most critical phase of the biggest project ever and expensing everything. Bully vendors to get out of contracts as standard practice.

      - RRSP matching - Minimal interference from management - Lots of work; always busy

      Cons

      - Operates as a boys club; if you are in the inner circle then all behaviors are excused - No top-down structure; regions are left to do what they like regardless of corporate direction - Little to no flexibility in work schedules unless you have the right manager - Generally a very traditional, conservative, old-school business
