The executive leadership (owner & president) are woefully out of touch with the inner workings of the organization. I spent many hours listening to the president of the company complain about the employees, workstreams, and deliverables while making no attempt to change his behavior (culture is top-down). I specifically brought my concerns to the COO and was subsequently let go from my position. This is retaliation!!!
Can't say enough good things about the people who work at QD! This company has created an excellent community full of very talented people. You get all the benefits of a smaller company, like knowing your coworkers on a personal level, with great compensation and career growth opportunities.

terrible project management, little to no agile process at all, poor internal communication with management and scarce support for training and education
