      Great Leadership from top to bottom in hierarchy

      Pros

      Great leadership and welling to set down coach one-on-one. Love the monthly employee recognition award that goes out to employees for their dedication and hard work. Worked on many projects and got to learn different tools and technology

      Cons

      Sometimes have to work some extra hours to get the job done, but I guess that's expected in every company.
