I have been with the company for a significant period of time, and I can wholeheartedly say that it was one of the best professional experiences I have had. The atmosphere is pleasant, supportive, and family-like – everyone helps everyone else, and there is a real sense of collaboration. The management is always attentive, open to suggestions, and encourages personal and professional growth. I have been given opportunities to learn, develop, and express myself, and I felt that my contribution was valued. The working conditions are very good– a good work-life balance, a comfortable work environment, and benefits that show that the company truly cares about its employees. A workplace, with good people and a healthy organizational culture.
Cons
It is an outsource place of work, sometimes we do not have the chance to see much the people in our root company which is a bit sad since we have a great team of people and managers.
