These are few problems you'll face among so many others that the team faces every single day. No chance of growth, benefits are mediocre and forget about personal life. Everyday is a war, the pay is very low and be ready to work 10hs to 14hs everyday without extra.

Absolute lack of professionalism, it is never okay to yell at your colleagues. The benefits are poor. Salaries are way below market rate. They sell the job as full time and long term, this is a lie. Your job ends when the project ends. Promotion from within is a life. Overall an extremely political environment and lot's of lying. People, especially management, don't own up to their actions and like to play the blame game. This is the type of job you only take if you're desperate.
