No technology improvements . Team lead was terrible. All she did was kept pinging every 5 mins for updates and attend meetings. Never lets us do our work at peace. Too much nagging. Micromanagement. Treats people like they are entitled to do everything they ask us. No work life balance. Doesn’t let us take sick leaves. Have to take permission to take sick leaves. Doesn’t approve any sick or casual leaves.

Great place for fresher to learn and upskill. Good exposure to work on multiple technologies and application.Good CEO.

Cons

Poor management. Pathetic HR. Lot of politics. Favourism is entertained. People who praises their manager without any reason and play dirty policies can sustain here. HR threaten freshers to kick them out if they raise their voice. No respect for entry level or office staff.
