Poor management. Poor communication. Poor training. Leadership positions have silly egos.

At QBP we work hard to offer the best services for brands and the best opportunities for our staff. Apparently we don't please everyone. Sorry QBP did not meet your expectations. Hopefully you will find a company that you enjoy working for!

Pros

This company values my experience and knowledge, and is committed to a high standard of client and customer service. It shows in their hiring process, their comprehensive educational webinars, and innovative ideas for taking tastings to a new level. They give me all of the tools that I need to succeed, and reward me for the very thing that I am passionate about.

Cons

I would like to see more companies willing to make a change from the status quo, willing to raise the standard of tastings to the level that QBP has.
