Pros

Prior to 2019, this was a great place to work. Good relationships with management and peers, morale was high, pay was competitive.

Cons

Unfortunately, Management no longer cares about morale, the pay is way below even the industry average, employees are overworked because the business is understaffed. Instead of replacing people who leave or are terminated, they just pile the work onto the remaining employees.

Pros

This is a great company to work for. It is like being part of a big family. Management is ethical, supportive and open to ideas about how to do things better. Good central location in Mission Valley.

Cons

Frequent process changes required by clients so the job requires a lot of flexibility and adaptation. Parking can be a problem.
